Raffmetal has recently started an important health and safety training project through first aid courses aimed at its employees, their families, and primary school students from various municipalities in the Valle Sabbia area.
The initiative, organized with the support of the non-profit organization Valtrompia Soccorso, is part of a broader corporate path aimed at fostering an aware and participatory culture of health and safety.
The project was designed to be cross-cutting, with the goal of raising awareness among employees, families, and younger generations about the importance of knowing how to act in emergency situations—not only at work but also at home and in everyday life.
This initiative further confirms Raffmetal's commitment to promoting health and safety as a core value, both inside and outside the workplace. In 2024, more than 32,000 hours were dedicated to training, of which about 40% are focused on healty and safety.
